Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical applications for a state agency. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development experience along with expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, MuleSoft, APIs, and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft SQL, and Oracle platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and functional users to define and implement technical solutions.
• Perform deep-dive analysis and reverse engineering of existing applications to troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize solutions.
• Design and develop Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Participate in planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of new applications.
• Refactor and redesign existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure applications and interfaces comply with technology standards, policies, regulations, and business requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and application specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support application development and testing environments.
• Follow Agile methodologies, source-control practices, and software development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Developer on one or more Salesforce implementations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Development, Configuration, and Administration.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Advanced experience with MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to assess, refactor, and redesign existing systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR 7+ years of developer experience.
