Job Description
GTi is seeking two experienced Global Semiconductor Field Service Engineers to support advanced semiconductor metrology equipment at customer locations throughout the U.S. and internationally.
This is a hands-on field service role requiring strong technical troubleshooting skills, semiconductor equipment experience, and the ability to independently support production-critical equipment in customer environments.

What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semiconductor metrology equipment onsite
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM)
Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and qualifications
Support tool uptime and performance in production environments
Diagnose equipment failures at the system and component level
Replace failed parts, components, and assemblies
Perform equipment calibration, alignment, and system verification
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Recover down tools and return equipment to production
Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, vacuum, robotics, motion-control, and wafer-handling systems
Work directly with customer operations, engineering, and technical support teams
Provide professional onsite customer support and technical guidance
Document service activity, system performance, repairs, parts usage, and technical findings
Travel domestically and internationally to support customer requirements
