Job Description
Lead Civil Engineer for Castiller Vacation Lodging LLC, Flagstaff AZ. Maintain the historical Infrastructure of the Castle Rock Hotel’s historical value to Flagstaff. Oversee/implement strategies to deliver infrastructure facets. Design/review structural components complying with applicable codes/historical preservation standards. Prepare/analyze civil/structural drawings using AutoCAD/related engineering design tools. Coordinate with architects/contractors/project stakeholders to execute engineering plans/preservation requirements. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs/specifications/quality standards. Evaluate existing infrastructure conditions/recommend repair/reinforcement/replacement strategies. Maintain detailed project documentation/schedules/reports. Ensure compliance with regulations applicable to civil engineering/historic property renovation. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or foreign equivalent degree.
