Job Description
Operations Director sought by Eco Service LLC in Tolleson, AZ to direct & coordinate pallet conditioning, repair, reuse, and industrial processing operations; Plan and control production activities to meet cost, quality, quantity, and delivery requirements; Supervise plant managers, operational personnel, and support staff involved in production operations; Establish and maintain production procedures, quality standards, safety practices, and reporting requirements; Review production schedules, processing orders, staffing needs, inventory levels, and equipment resources to set operational priorities; Assign work procedures and production duties based on workflow, budget limits, staffing levels, and time requirements; Monitor production performance, quality control, safety compliance, and corrective actions to resolve production or processing issues; and Monitor permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements applicable to industrial production operations and maintain required documentation.
