Most of the organizations are adopting Hybrid approach of project management so adopting both Agile and traditional methodology is beneficial and in that case this program gives you real competitive advantage.

The 2025 PMP (Project Management Professional) exam syllabus focuses on three key domains: People, Process, and Business Environment. In addition, in exam there is a h a strong emphasis on leadership, technical project management, and the strategic alignment of projects within the organization. The exam is designed to evaluate a project manager's ability to lead teams, manage technical aspects of projects, and ensure projects align with business objectives.

The exam touches on knowledge areas of  project integration management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project scheduling, project risk management and includes hand-on working with Microsoft Project. The course also offers Test Prep Diagnistic tests. Graduates receive program completion certificate. After Program Completion we help candidates to apply for National PMP or CAPM exam based on their individual background and experience.

This program meets/exceeds the requirement for 35 hours of Project Management education required for PMP as well CAPM Certification. The test fees for PMP/CAPM as well Agile Scrum Master is included in the course. The textbooks and training manuals and diagnostic tests are also covered in the course tuition.
