IT Applications program provides the skills necessary for an entry level position as an office assistant, front desk assistant, customer service representative or a general office assistant position.
The program is for people who are new to computers. The program teaches computer skills in general computer use, using e-mail and Internet and use of computer software like word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software effectively. The program does not assume any previous knowledge of computer use, and allows students to learn basic computers.
