1. Course Objective: 


Description: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional with Agile Scrum teaches students the principles of Six Sigma and Lean as well as adaptive planning using agile scrum. The participants can apply those skills to find jobs in an organization to achieve quality and eliminate waste. The course prepares students for ASQ Green Belt Certification.


Competencies Achieved: This Program covers in detail the practices and systems used for identifying and preventing ‘defects’ in manufacturing and service-related processes like Banking, Healthcare, Information Technology, Construction and High-Tech Technology. The course covers in detail the methodologies used to identify defects and how to minimize this. This training program provides the student with an overview and in-depth knowledge of the Six Sigma concepts and tools, Six Sigma project deployment best practices and six-sigma project development. The course also covers Agile Scrum Development Methodologies.
