- Course Objective:
Description:
Students receive training in clinical and administrative medical office procedures, including medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, patient care, vital signs, infection control, phlebotomy, injections, EKG, medical documentation, electronic health records, and professional communication.
Competencies to be achieved:
Graduates will be prepared to perform basic clinical procedures, assist with patient care, maintain medical records, communicate professionally with patients and healthcare staff, and support daily operations in a medical office.

Refund Policy
If a student withdraws or is expelled by college after the start of the semester and before the completion of more than sixty percent (60%) of the term, College will refund to the student a pro rata amount of the tuition agreed upon in the enrollment agreement, minus ten percent (10%) of the tuition. If a student completes more than sixty percent (60%) of term, he/she is not entitled to any refund and is obligated for the full contract price of the term.
