Description

A. Description: Learners will be prepared to begin a career in technology as a Computer User Support Specialist in 6 months with four courses: UCIS124 , UCIS119A, and two 21st Century Skills courses, Critical Thinking, UPHI149 and Oral Communication, UPHI 145.


Competencies: Learn to troubleshoot desktop PCs, mobile devices, printers, network devices, segment network traffic, summarize risk management best practices, use common security tools, demonstrate principles of informative, persuasive & special occasion speaking, and critical thinking skills.
