Program Objective: Prepares individuals for the industry-recognized Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional exam and for a career that focuses on general HR/HR-related duties.
Description: This comprehensive course provides in-depth coverage of the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge, focusing on key HR competencies, technical knowledge, and strategic insights essential for success on the SHRM-CP as well as a career in Human Resources Management.
Competencies to be achieved:
By the end of the course students will have had the opportunity to learn the following competencies:
- Understand the principles of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and engagement techniques.
