Course Objective: The certificate program will allow students to develop skills such as purchasing inputs, managing transportation, designing and locating facilities, monitoring logistics-related processes, and managing imports and exports. The courses also provide students with an understanding of the strategic impact of these activities.
Description: Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) is one of the fastest-growing and most important professions in today's global economy. Complex global supply chains are the foundations of many organizations, large or small. Logistics management is the oversight of the movement of goods and materials to and from an organization while supply chain management is the coordination of production, inventory, location, and transportation among the participants in the development of the goods.

- Ever-more-rapid technological change, and
- The organizations' LSCM strategy.
