Financial & Managerial Accounting Associate (FMAA) - CE
Program Objective: The Financial Managerial Accounting Associate program is designed to equip students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in both financial and managerial accounting. Students will learn to prepare and analyze financial statements, manage budgets, interpret financial data for strategic decision-making, and apply accounting principles in real-world business scenarios. The program prepares graduates for entry-level roles in accounting, finance, and business administration, as well as for further academic study in the field.
Description: The Financial and Managerial Accounting Associate course covers essential principles of financial reporting and cost management. Students will gain skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and decision-making. This course is perfect for those aiming to excel in finance, accounting, or business leadership roles.
Competencies to be achieved:
- Understand and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to assess business performance and make strategic decisions.
- Develop and manage budgets to control costs and optimize resources.
- Apply cost accounting techniques to determine product pricing and profitability.
- Utilize financial information for planning, controlling, and decision-making in a business context.
