Description
- Course Objective:
The Logistics Specialist program equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue the MSSC Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) and Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) certification exams. Designed as both a foundational and intermediate-level program, it prepares students for entry-level roles in logistics with a clear pathway toward advancement. Throughout the program, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations, including both theoretical concepts and technical skills. Key topics include the global supply chain life cycle, logistics environments, material handling equipment, safety protocols, quality control, workplace communication, product receiving and storage, order processing, packaging and shipping, inventory management, dispatch, tracking, and more.
