A. Course Objective: You will learn the professional traits and responsibilities to become a vital part of the healthcare team in a medical office, clinic, hospital, and other healthcare settings. You will also be prepared for the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam.



Description: Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) are versatile and valuable members of the healthcare team who direct the flow of patients through a medical office. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job market for medical assistants will grow by 15% through 2033, making this an in-demand and highly desirable position in the healthcare field and a great time to explore CMAA certification programs.
