Description
A. Course Objective: Description: The Cybersecurity Analyst Accelerated is a comprehensive training program in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The curriculum covers cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, compliance standards, and security controls. Upon completion, students will be prepared to test for industry-recognized certifications including CompTIA Security+ and CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control). All programs cover the same comprehensive curriculum; choose the format that fits the student's learning style and schedule. The curriculum was built with the US Cybersecurity NICE framework and maps to competencies needed for the Work Roles listed. Competencies to be achieved map to industry recognized certifications: CompTIA Security+ Certification, CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)

Certain employers may require background checks as part of their hiring process, particularly for positions handling sensitive data or working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government). Individual certification bodies (CompTIA, ISACA) do not require background checks for certification.
