Description
1. Course Objective:
Description: Designed for administrators responsible for the ongoing upkeep of the Workday platform, currently in use by hundreds of US companies. This self-directed, 30-hour course equips you with the essential skills to manage and maintain your system. Through interactive modules and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn how to navigate the platform, test and troubleshoot issues, and support key configurations.
You’ll gain experience assigning and troubleshooting security roles, configuring business processes, maintaining reports and dashboards, and supporting basic integrations using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB). By the end of the course, you'll be equipped to confidently manage core aspects of Workday platform maintenance.
Competencies to be achieved: This course prepares you to pass the Workday Pro Platform Administrator Certification exam. To earn the Certification, you are required to pass an online proctored exam.
