Course Overview: These self-paced online trainings teach the core skills associated with the CompTIA Security+ certification exam, as well as preparing you to take the certification exam.
Who Should Take This Course: This course is designed for individuals seeking to build or advance foundational cybersecurity knowledge and prepare for the CompTIA Security+ certification exam. It is well suited for aspiring cybersecurity professionals, IT support specialists, network administrators, systems administrators, help desk technicians, military personnel, career changers entering the cybersecurity field, and current IT professionals looking to strengthen their security skills and industry credentials. The course is also beneficial for learners pursuing careers such as Information Security Analyst, Security Administrator, SOC Analyst, Network Administrator, or Cybersecurity Specialist.

CertMaster Learn includes full coverage of the exam objectives, instructional lessons, performance-based questions, practice quizzes, and a timed final assessment designed to simulate the real exam experience.
• Online Labs: One year of access to CompTIA CertMaster Labs for Security+. These hands-on virtual labs provide practical experience performing real-world cybersecurity tasks and scenarios aligned with Security+ exam objectives. Learners gain guided practice working with security tools, system configurations, threat analysis, network security, identity management, and incident response concepts in a simulated environment.
• Practice Preparation: One year of access to CompTIA CertMaster Practice for Security+. This adaptive learning platform is designed to reinforce understanding, identify knowledge gaps, and strengthen exam readiness through personalized learning paths, detailed feedback, full-length timed practice exams, and an extensive bank of exam-aligned practice questions.
• Exam Voucher: Voucher to take the CompTIA Security+ certification exam (NOTE: exam vouchers do not include a “retake” option).
NOTE: because this is a self-paced program, there is not an instructor available to answer questions or help participants understand the material.
