  1. Course Objective:
    Registered nurses (RNs) care for individuals, in conjunction with other health care professionals, through the use of the nursing process. Registered nurses work as patient advocates for the care and recovery of the sick and maintenance of their health. In their work as advocates, RNs plan, implement and evaluate nursing care of those who are ill or injured. Graduates are prepared to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).

    employment and throughout their careers.


Carrington College’s Library Services and Tutoring Services are combined within the Student Success Center (SSC). The SSC is the hub on campus for all student academic support. Refund Policy

Program charges for the enrollment period in which the student withdraws are based on the students last day of attendance and the resulting percentage of the enrollment period completed unless other program cost adjustments are appropriate. Students completing 60% of the enrollment period will be charged 100% of the program cost for the enrollment period.
